Ice Merchandiser and Supply Agreement

	All deliveries regardless of quantity or product size will have a $7.00 delivery charge added to the invoice. Pricing is as follows: $6.50 per 40lb bag $0.90 per 7lb bag $1.75 per 10lb bagged block $200.00 for delivery and pick-up of Ice Merchandiser
	Scheduled ice deliveries are made each week to your location. Customer has the choice of 7 lb cubed ice or crystal clear 10 lb packaged block ice. In addition there is no monthly fees on ice merchandisers. Credit terms are available.
	Atlanta Ice Company will provide an ice merchandiser at no monthly charge, there is, however, a $200.00 fee that is due upon acceptance of the Ice Merchandiser. This is a delivery and pick-up fee all up front for the Ice Merchandiser. This fee is not for the rental or purchase of the merchandiser and it remains the property of Atlanta Ice Company.
	The customer may keep the ice merchandiser for an unspecified amount of time as long as they are purchasing Atlanta Ice Company product for a minimum amount of $1,500.00 per year.
	The ice merchandiser provided is for storage of Atlanta Ice Company product only. Any other product may be removed by Atlanta Ice Company at their discretion. The storage of any other product may result in the merchandiser being removed from the jobsite by Atlanta Ice Company.
	Atlanta Ice Company will be responsible for maintaining the ice merchandiser. This includes any repair the merchandiser may need for it to operate efficiently. Service calls may take up to 3-5 days.
	Atlanta Ice Company does not guarantee the cosmetic or outside appearance of ice merchandiser’s being delivered to construction jobsites.
	Atlanta Ice Company does not guarantee any ice product 30 days after the initial fill-up of the ice merchandiser.
	The customer is required to fill box to maximum capacity when Atlanta Ice Company is called out for ice service. Below is a list of the quantities a merchandiser will hold: 30-35 40lb bags 180-210 7lb bags 150 10lb blocks
	Requirements for Ice Merchandiser (dimensions are 6 x 3.5 x 5.5): 1. 110v with 20 amp breaker required for merchandiser to function properly 2. Any extension cords used must have a wire gauge of 14 (12 recommended) and not to exceed 25 feet. 3. Delivery truck must be able to back within 10 feet of ice merchandiser. If truck cannot back up to merchandiser, the customer is responsible for transferring the ice from truck to merchandiser. 4. A map to the location of the jobsite/business and where the merchandiser is to be placed at the location. Atlanta Ice Company Placement and Billing Information form must be completed.
